THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR USE OF MASTERSCOURIERS.COM YOUR VIEWING OR USE OF THIS SITE WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY "YOU" OR "YOUR"), TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED BELOW.
MASTERS COURIERS MAY MAKE FUTURE CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE, AND YOUR SUBSEQUENT VIEWING OR USE OF MASTERSCOURIERS.COM WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS. THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED THROUGHOUT MASTERSCOURIERS.COM GOVERNING YOUR USE OF PARTICULAR FUNCTIONS, FEATURES, INFORMATION AND APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE THROUGH MASTERSCOURIERS.COM

• ALL DELIVERY ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY MASTERS COURIERS AT ITS DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE. MASTERS COURIERS WILL NOT DELIVERY ANY ILLEGAL PRODUCTS (HAZADOUS MATERIAL) OR FLAMABLE PRODUCTS.

• Any claims for damages or loss must be made by a customer in writing to MASTERS COURIERS within five (5) days following the order date.

• Maximum liability is limited to $50.00(fifty Dollars) per package. The customer can request a higher value of the package if it exceeds the amount allowed by MASTERS COURIERS. Additional fees will be incurred and will vary depending on the value declared by customer.

• MASTERS COURIERS reserves the right to refuse or reject any shipment and may do so in its sole discretion and without liability. MASTERS COURIERS may exercise this right at any time, and includes situations (among others) when a shipment may cause damage to or delay other shipments, property or personnel; is likely to sustain damage or loss in transit due to improper packaging; contains prohibited items; the account of customer is not in good standing; or when acceptance of a shipment may jeopardize MASTERS COURIERS ability to provide service to other customers.

• MASTERS COURIERS shall not be liable for any claims resulting from an act of God, the public enemy, the authority of law, or the act or default of customer.

• All services and guarantees are dependent upon normal traffic conditions and upon weather and distance between pickup and delivery points, excess demand may also affect the level of service. We do not guarantee a time of pickup however we do guarantee delivery time depending on service level and conditions.

• Request for “proof of Delivery” will be charge at $1.75 per package per request.

• Delivery May be release without obtaining a delivery signature.

PRIVACY

The trademarks, service marks and logos (the "Trademarks") used and displayed on this Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of MASTERS COURIERS and others. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site, without the prior written permission of the MASTERS COURIERS. We aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The name MASTERS COURIERS may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without prior, written permission from MASTERS COURIERS. Other product and company names mentioned in this Site may be the Trademarks of their respective owners.

• MASTERS COURIERS acknowledge the importance of protecting the privacy of our users. The information collected at this website is used to improve the services we offer our clients. MASTERS COURIERS will not provide or sell Customer Information to any third party not affiliated with us other than in the circumstances set out below: (1) we may disclose Customer Information to our agents and contractors in order to provide services to you. (2) we may provide Customer Information to credit reference agencies. (3) MASTERS COURIERS will never reveal their customers' personal information to any third party (unless required of by law). (4) We may also transfer Customer Information if we reorganize our business and/or sell part of our business -Customer Information may be one of the business assets transferred to the purchaser.

• MASTERS COURIERS may add features and services to the Website for use by MASTERS COURIERS customers, or may change the existing features and services. MASTERS COURIERS may make said additions and changes at any time and from time to time with or without notice and for any reason. Your subsequent viewing or use of the Website will constitute your agreement to said additions and changes.
