• Minimum Usage agreement required $25.00 per week.
• Pickup time is between 5:00pm and 7:00pm.
• Service is available Monday Through Friday excluding Memorial Day, Independence Day, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, President’s Day, MLK Birth Day and Thanksgiving Day.
• Maximum liability is limited to $50.00(Fifty Dollars) per package.
• The information needed to insured prompt delivery is; recipient’s name, complete address including suite number, and recipient’s phone number. (No P.O. Boxes).
• Delivery may be release without obtaining a delivery signature.
• Masters Couriers will make every attempt possible to insure that each package is delivered prior to 12:30PM daily.
• A partial payment against an invoice is not acceptable. Invoices must be paid in full.
• Service will automatically be suspended if account balances exceed 60 days.
• Request for “Proof of Delivery” will be charge at $1.75 per package per request.
• A finance charge of 1 ½ % per month will be charge to all past due balances over 30 days. Account turned over for collection will pay our reasonable attorney’s fees and collection.
• No Minimum Usage Agreement Required - $6 per deliver plus $0.15 per Pound.
• Any check returned unpaid will be charge $30 per deposit.
• Under 1Pound free. $0.15 cents per pound thereafter.
